Carolyn is a licensed Acupuncturist and meditation coach. Acupuncture is a completely holistic modality which treats body, mind, emotions and spirit. Carolyn's entire philosophy is encapsulated in her recently released book 'Choose Life' which is available in Kindle and paperback formats on Amazon.
Carolyn offers all of her services as combined or standalone, whichever the patient prefers. For coaching and mentoring online video sessions are available.
Carolyn's services are all fairly valued at £55 per hour. Courses are available which spread the cost even further, and are also recommended to get the full benefit of working with Carolyn. Courses are valued at 6 for the price of 5 £275, or 11 for the price of 9 £495.

Coming from a Hospitality and Event Management background, the world of business taught me many lessons. From this, I moved into Personal Development training and coaching, which led me onto doing my Counselling Diploma and becoming an individual Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
With experience gained from being attached to those with addiction, anxiety and depression, I gained a need to understand and know more. I started working as a Counsellor within an NHS substance misuse recovery service, where I met many people from all different walks of life with their own different issues. This is where I started to understand that my clients became my teachers. I trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor but my desire to learn and know more has led me to an integrative approach, recognising that we all learn, understand, develop and grow in different ways.
Life has shown and taught me many lessons along the way. I have the ability to be able to engage and build positive relationships with people quickly. Being someone who loves to work with people and with the desire of wanting to help others, I now also work with children and young people across the New Forest working on a basis of education and prevention.
Recognising and understanding people have busy lives, I am able to offer counselling to clients online via Skype.
