Introducing this brand new offering to Truthpie for people that are suffering with chronic pain.

45mins £20 per person. Up to 4/5 people per session

Suitable for all ages 

Truthpie is situated on the second floor and had no disabled access

 

We will be using the 3 B’s:

The Brain, the Breath and the Body to work with chronic pain conditions.  

You will learn new techniques so that you can create a toolkit that you can use as and when you need to. 

You will be taken through a process using breath work, mindful movement & psychological habits so that you will create new thoughts and connections for the mind and body.  The aim is to interrupt the old bio feedback loops and create new neuro connections and new responses in your system. 

  • Work at your own pace

  • Each session will be unique to meet the groups needs

  • Learn new neuroscience pain protocols/mindful movement 

  • Take away a new routine to use daily

  • Create a new relationship with your body
