That’s why we’ve created something gentle, purposeful, and grounded:Quiet Strength, an afternoon retreat to help you soothe overwhelm, reconnect with your body, and rebuild balance from the inside out.

What Is “Quiet Strength”?
This in-person retreat is a collaboration between TruthPie and Wynn Massage, thoughtfully designed to support your nervous system in a soft, inclusive space.
Over the course of one afternoon, you’ll be guided through simple, deeply effective practices that help you:
Regulate stress through breath-led movement
Understand your body’s signals and emotional patterns
Use essential oils and soothing touch to reconnect with calm
Take home sensory tools to support ongoing wellbeing
What to Expect
🧘♀️ Grounding Yoga A breath-focused session that gently regulates your nervous system and anchors you in the present moment.
🧠 How Wellbeing Really Works – with Liz Introno A warm, insightful talk exploring how stress and emotion move through the body, based on biodynamic psychotherapy principles. You'll learn to understand your emotional cycles and what your body really needs to feel safe.
🌿 Aromatherapy for Calm – with Joanna Rennie An experiential workshop using scent to calm the nervous system. Joanna will also bring your personalised aromatherapy balm to use during the retreat and take home.
🤲 Guided Self-Massage – with Bethany Wynn Reconnect with your body using intuitive, supportive touch. This hands-on session helps you carry a sense of calm into everyday life.

Quiet Strength is for anyone feeling stretched thin, emotionally drained, or simply needing permission to rest.This isn’t about striving or fixing. It’s about remembering: your body already knows how to rest, regulate, and repair. You just need the space to let it happen.
